Calling all Mommies to Be! Join specialized pre-natal yoga instructor and experienced mommy-of-four Corinne Farrell in a program designed to help you prepare for your baby both mentally and physically. Surrounded by a loving and supportive sangha (community), you will learn asanas (postures) for soothing aching muscles and strengthening the body for childbirth, practice kriyas (repetitive exercise) to learn mental endurance for labor, and participate in mindfulness practices for both yourself and your family. Give yourself a chance to slow down, breathe deep, and enjoy the beautiful journey of pregnancy!

3 Week Series: (Meets every other week) June 29, July 13 and 27
Pre-registration is required. No experience with yoga is necessary. As with any form of exercise, you should check with your doctor before beginning any new workout regimen.
